Agency with Choice- Family Day Program
This contract supports families in allowing their adult child to remain at home as typical day programs do not meet their specialized needs. AWC Day provides 1:1 and/or 2:1 supports (if needed) for each individual to meet goals specific to their needs; usually focused on community inclusion and social skill building to expand their social circles.

Agency with Choice- Residential Day Program
This contract is a new pilot program for DDS. The aim of this program is very similar to the AWC Family Day Program, whereas we are providing direct supports to each individual, as outlined above, to gain community inclusion opportunities and support them in widening their social circles and opportunities. This program coordinates with multiple residential homes, DDS and our own team supporting individuals who are who may be medically complex, or have specific behavioral needs/plans that require 1:1 or 2:1 supports to access their communities spaces.

Agency with Choice- Home Respite Program
This program supports families by providing a support system for them to have overnight coverage and or weekend in home supports for the parents/guardians to work night shifts or have some time to themselves for a few hours

DESE – Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
Provides supports to families assisting them with keeping their child at home and in school versus going to a residential location. Supports vary by each child/family and their specific needs; providing skills training, community integration, educational, therapeutic, nutritional, respite, and safety needs along with providing resources and contacts for varying family needs as they emerge; the majority of these families have intensive and complex needs.

SSQUAL Programs
These programs provide individualized supports to families and individuals whose adult child is typically out of school and still lives at home with their family/guardians.

Individualized Home Supports

​This program provides supports to families/individuals and creates person centered supports for each family/individual, including ASD Only, Turning 22, Transitional Planning, Futures Planning and resource information and referrals.

Adult Companion

This program provides unique supports to families/individuals with varying needs and that typically requires less support needs and assist the family/individuals in expanding their social opportunities.
